The Scale to Measure Attitudes and Beliefs of Pharmacists Toward Their Work with Patients (PABS) was developed by Dragana Jocić, Dušanka Krajnović (2014). It is designed to measure Pharmacists’ attitudes and beliefs toward patient care. The scale is intended for use with Pharmacists.

Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: 1 = Not at all disagree, 2 = Mostly disagree, 3 = Disagree, 4 = Mostly agree, 5 = I completely agree.
The scale includes 15 reverse-scored items to reduce acquiescence bias.
Scoring
Items are summed to produce a total score.
Total scores range from 30 to 150. Interpretation guidelines:
- Negative/Difficult Patient Interactions and Attitudes: 30 – 70
- Moderate/Neutral Patient Interactions and Attitudes: 71 – 110
- Positive/Constructive Patient Interactions and Attitudes: 111 – 150
