Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: 0 = Not performed during the past two months, 1 = Performed one time during the past two months, 2 = Performed more than once during the past two months.
Scoring
Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.
Total scores range from 0 to 80. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low Generative Behavior: 0 – 20
- Moderate Generative Behavior: 21 – 40
- High Generative Behavior: 41 – 80
