Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: 1 = Very much / Not at all / Yes, 2 = 2, 3 = Somewhat, 4 = 4, 5 = Not at all / Very much / No, 6 = Not applicable (e.g., no mother/partner).
Scoring
Items are summed to produce a total score.
Total scores range from 0 to 62. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low psychosocial risk: 0 – 22
- High psychosocial risk (further clinical assessment recommended): 23 – 62
