Scale Overview
The Oregon Mental Health Referral Checklist – Youth Version (OMHRC-Y) was developed by Kevin Corcoran & W. H. Feyerherm (1998). It is designed to measure Mental Health Referral Needs. The scale is intended for use with Adolescents / Youth.

This instrument consists of 32 items.
Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: A = This statement describes me, B = This statement describes me a little.
Scoring
Items are summed to produce a total score.

Administration
The scale is self-administered and typically takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. It can be administered individually or in group settings. No special training is required for administration.
