Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a 5-point Likert scale (1 = Strongly Disagree to 5 = Strongly Agree).

Total scores range from 22 to 110. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low Recovery Progress: 22 – 50
- Moderate Recovery Progress: 51 – 82
- High Recovery Progress: 83 – 110
