The NIH Toolbox Adult Social Relationship Scales was developed by Cyranowski, J. M., Zill, N., Bode, R., Butt, Z., Kelly, M. A. R., Pilkonis, P. A., Salsman, J. M., & Cella, D. (2013). It is designed to measure Social Support, Companionship, and Social Distress. The scale is intended for use with Adults.
