Scale Overview
The Child Social Behavior Questionnaire – CSBQ was developed by Donald Christie, David Warden, B. Cheyne, H. Fitzpatrick, & K. Reid (2003). It is designed to measure Child social behavior and victimization. The scale is intended for use with Children (school-aged).

This instrument consists of 24 items organized into 6 factors/subscales: Practical prosocial behavior, Relational prosocial behavior, Overt antisocial behavior, Relational antisocial behavior, Victimization, Filler.

Scoring
Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.
Total scores range from 0 to 8. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low frequency for subscale: 0 – 2
- Moderate frequency for subscale: 3 – 5
- High frequency for subscale: 6 – 8
Administration
The scale is self-administered and typically takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. It can be administered individually or in group settings. No special training is required for administration.
