Scale Overview

Scale Structure

Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: A = Statement A, B = Statement B.
Scoring
Items are summed to produce a total score.
Total scores range from 0 to 9. Interpretation guidelines:
- Lower Stage Faith Style (Literal/Reciprocal): 0 – 3
- Intermediate Stage Faith Style (Conventional/Individuating): 4 – 6
- Higher Stage Faith Style (Conjunctive/Universalizing): 7 – 9
