Response Format

Scoring
Items are scored by subscale, with each subscale sum representing a distinct dimension.
Total scores range from 0 to 44. Interpretation guidelines:
- Low involvement: 0 – 11
- Moderate involvement: 12 – 22
- High involvement: 23 – 44
