The Activity Record – AR (Activiteitenprofiel) was developed by Furst G.P., Gerber L.H., et al. (Dutch version: Kinébanian A., et al.) (1987). It is designed to measure Activity engagement, appreciation, and physical symptoms. The scale is intended for use with Adults, older adults.
