Scale Overview
The Quebec User Evaluation of Satisfaction with assistive technology – QUEST 2.0 was developed by Demers L, Weiss-Lambrou R, Ska B (Original); Wessels RD, de Witte LP (Dutch version) (2003). It is designed to measure Satisfaction with assistive technology. The scale is intended for use with Adults and elderly using assistive technology.

Response Format
Respondents rate each item using a custom response format.
Response anchors: 1 = Not satisfied at all, 2 = Not very satisfied, 3 = More or less satisfied, 4 = Quite satisfied, 5 = Very satisfied.
Scoring
Item scores are averaged to produce a mean score.
Total scores range from 1 to 5. Interpretation guidelines:
- Not satisfied: 1 – 2
- Moderately satisfied: 3 – 3
- Highly satisfied: 4 – 5

Internal Consistency: The scale has demonstrated good to excellent internal consistency with reported Cronbach’s alpha values of Cronbach's alpha ranges from 0.80 to 0.90.
Administration
The scale is self-administered and typically takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. It can be administered individually or in group settings. No special training is required for administration.
