The Illinois Test of Psycholinguistic Abilities (ITPA) measures the spoken and written language of children who are aged five to 12. It specifically looks into the child’s comprehension, semantics, grammar, phonology, and processing of sight and sound symbols. ITPA is individually administered for 45 to 60 minutes. The authors are Donald Hammill, Nancy Mather, and Rhia Roberts.
