Method 1: Calculate Future Date by Adding Days

This particular example will return the date that is 50 days after the date in cell A2.
Method 2: Calculate Future Date by Adding Business Days
=WORKDAY(A2, 50)
This particular example will return the date that is 50 business days after the date in cell A2.
Method 3: Calculate Future Date by Adding Months
=EDATE(A2, 3)
This particular example will return the date that is 3 months after the date in cell A2.

Example 1: Calculate Future Date by Adding Days
We can type the following formula into cell B2 to return the date that is 50 days after the date in cell A2:

We can then click and drag this formula down to each remaining cell in column B:

We can type the following formula into cell B2 to return the date that is 50 business days after the date in cell A2:
=WORKDAY(A2, 50)
