VAGINA

a tube-like anatomical structure in female mammals which extends from the cervix to the surface. The muscular walls of the vagina are lined with mucous membrane, and two couplings of vestibular glands surround the vaginal opening and excrete a fluid which encourages penetration by the penis during intercourse.

VAGINA: “The vagina is an accordion-like organ, capable of stretching and expanding significantly to allow the passage of a newborn during childbirth.”
