TREACHER COLLINS SYNDROME

a principally autosomal dominant genetic disorder marked by facial defects, inclusive of a small retracted chin, small eyes with flaws of the iris, and malformed external ears. It stems from many inherited variations, inclusive of one which is autosomal recessive.
