REPERTORY GRID

Interview technique using factor analysis for determination of ideographic measures of personality. Inferences about personality can be made, but it is not a personality test, as such. Grid includes four parts: topic, a set of elements, a set of constructs, and a set of ratings of elements or constructs. Utilizing subject ratings, the findings can be displayed as a matrix, subject to statistical analysis.

REPERTORY GRID: “The repertory grid was first developed for use with George Kelly’s Personal Construct Theory.”
