PSYCHIATRIST

A highly trained physician who holds a specialty in diagnosing, treating and study of mental disorders. Training (in the United States) includes 4 years pre-med, 4 years of medical school and 2 years study with an established doctor of psychiatry. And a final 4 years (1 as a hospital intern and 3 in residency) while they learn psychiatric medicine and treatment.
