noun. a higher concentration of living beings per unit of space than is typical for a chosen species. Experimentals substantially escalates irregular actions and violence in rats, even whenever enough resources preclude the requirement for competition. In human cultures, it is correlated with stress trends, like stimulant overload but doesn’t always lead to escalated violence.
