NOETIC

was proposed by Estonian-born Canadian psychologist Endel Tulving (1927 – ) who implied that noetic consciousness is a state of absolute consciousness in that an individual is aware of facts, concepts, words and meanings however they are not aware of any connection to their own experiences.

NOETIC: “Unless you are good with faces, some individuals can remember the person, but not how they met, this process of remembering an object but not the connection to it is called noetic.”
