NEO PERSONALITY INVENTORY (NEO-PI)

was first developed by U.S. psychologists Paul T. Costa (1942 – ) and Robert R. McCrae (1949 – ), the newest version was published in 1992. The NEO-PI is a personality test which is based on the five-factor personality model. There are 240 statements which participants must respond to using a 1 – 5 scale of strongly disagree to strongly agree.
