FALSE CAUSE

is one of the many types of informal fallacy where a temporal sequence of events is assumed by an individual in an experiment to be a causal sequence of event. See also causal ordering and reverse causality.

FALSE CAUSE: “Stemming from the belief from some fallacy or false belief, a false cause is the reasoning the individual follows the succeeding events.”
