a formative positivist way of thinking about criminology correlated with the many theories posed by Italian criminology expert Cesare Lombrosos, one such theory that delivered a concept the criminal kind, upon the assumption that criminal people possessed specific tangible traits that separated them from those not affiliated with crime.
