CORTICOMEDIAL GROUP

one of the two primary sets of nuclei inside the amygdala in the brain which comprises the central nucleus and is recipient mostly to pheromonal and olfactory information. Exiting information is sent to the baasomedial forebrain and the hypothalamus through the stria ferminalis.
