CONJOINT THERAPY

therapy wherein the two parties in a union or the individuals making up a family unit are rendered treatment at the same time in collaborative meetings by at least one professional in the field, rather than being rendered treatment individually. This method ia frequently used to conclude conflicts within marriages, wherein it might be referred to as conjoint marital therapy. It is also commonly referred to as conjoint counseling.
