CANONICAL CORRELATION

in statistics, refers to the correlation which exists between variables as expressed in a linear combination. In multiple correlation, it makes use of a correlation coefficient in order to quantify the relationship between the linear combination in one set of variables and that of another set of variables.

CANONICAL CORRELATION: “Canonical correlation can be used in experimental studies which analyze the relationship between variables such as intelligence and performance.”
