BODY DYSMORPHIC DISORDER IBDD)

n. in DSM-IV-TR, refers to a somatoform disorder wherein a person is excessively concerned and preoccupied with the slightest anomaly or imagined defect in physical appearance. Use to be called dysmorphophobia.
