BETWEEN-SUBJECTS DESIGN

n. an experimental design in which each person is a different sampling unit being tested under one and the same conditions. The advantage of this design is that all participants experience just one experimental treatment, and this facilitates the entire analysis.

BETWEEN-SUBJECTS DESIGN: “In a between-subjects design where paticipants are subjected to only one experimental condition, it is possible to arrive at a single, final score during the analysis.”
