n. a psychological test specifically designed to assess visual-motor functioning and visual perception skills especially among children. In the copy phase, it requires a participant to draw each of 16 geometric figures on a blank sheet of paper. First developed by U.S. psychiatrist Lauretta Bender in 1938.
