BEHAVIORAL CONGRUENCE

n. a consistent state of behavior, meaning there is consistency between the goals, values, and attitudes projected and the actual behavior observed. In personality research, ideally, the way you think and feel should also be the way you behave. As to human behavior in organization, an employee’s personal goals should also be consistent with the company’s goals. Also called behavior consistency.
