BEHAVIOR RECORD

n. a complete log of observations recorded within a pre-specified time frame. Ideally, this record provides a thorough and acccurate account of all actions and events observed in relation to the behavior being studied. In educational psychology, a teacher’s written observations on student behavior may be recorded in a data sheet. See anecdotal record.

BEHAVIOR RECORD: “Using a simple data sheet as a behavior record, indicate both the student’s and teacher’s names as well as the start and end dates for the observation period.”
