BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS

n. a school of psychology which applies the principles of behaviorism, namely: theory, methodology, and philosophy. As an approach to psychology, it is largely based on experimental analysis of behavior and its interaction with the environment. Behavior itself is not an indicator only but rather the subject matter under study. See applied behavior analysis- also experimental analysis of behavior.

BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS: “In principle, behavior analysis can be accomplished through experimental investigation, applied experimental analysis, and conceptual analysis.”
