ANGER MANAGEMENT

a group of therapeutic techniques used by an individual to manage the expression of anger – making the expression appropriate and respectful to others. Specific techniques include modifying angry thoughts (cognitive restructuring), relaxation techniques (mindfulness, deep breathing), and reducing exposure to anger-provoking situations.
