ANALYTIC RULES

the 2 regulations conveyed by Sigmund Freud for employing and carrying out the psychoanalytic theory: the rule of association, that supplies a sense of leadership to the unaware part of one’s mind in order to stimulate subdued urges and experienced into coming to the forefront of one’s mind- the rule of abstinence, that deters reward that may deplete energy that might be useful in therapy- and the rule against acting out emotions and scenarios rather than discussing them.

ANALYTIC RULES: “Like many of Freud’s other postulations, analytic rules isn’t commonly referenced in this day and age as many professionals do not actually look highly upon his work.”
